My name is Marie Hanson. I am passionate about spreading Love, Light and Laughter.

Love is a powerful quality waiting to work for you. I challenge you to use it. Use it to give yourself the empowered strength to show up and do what needs to be done. Use it to dissolve what you are ready to let go of. Use it to soften your attitude toward the situation making you crazy or sucking your energy. You know the one. You are already thinking about it.

Light is the coolest. It is all that remains when you turn on your own Light, chasing darkness away. The shadows pull back, letting you shine bright. You experience your best Self, your Higher Self. Light is untouched, pure and waiting to guide you.

Laughter is good for your body, mind and spirit. It ensures you don’t take yourself or the world too seriously. Most children laugh 200 times a day. Adults manage a measly 15. Exercise that laugh muscle several hundred times a day!
